Officer Eric Duckett is sworn in both Erie and Crawford Counties to thoroughly investigate and, if possible prosecute, offenders to the fullest extent of the law regarding any crime committed against animals.  We assist the Pennsylvania State Police and other law enforcement agencies on a regular basis all across our Commonwealth wherever there is animal in need.
